The SFHOA is always looking to add new members to the Association. Please fill out the following form so the Board can review your application and get you registered into our system.

Please read the SFHOA By-Laws and Operating Procedures. You must agree to these at the end of the form.

Please download and complete the W9 Form for tax compliance with The SFHOA linked here. You must submit a completed W9 at the end of the application to be considered for membership.
